Greenwich Square, London

Muralplast’s specialist Dust Sealer coating has been chosen for the concrete cores of a major new residential development taking shape at Greenwich Square in south east London.
Greenwich Square is a joint venture development by the Hadley Property Group and Mace on the site of the former Greenwich District Hospital. A series of residential blocks are being built around a new public square and include a range of public amenities, cafés and restaurants to create a vibrant and cohesive new neighbourhood with a sense of place and belonging. The blocks include 1-3 bedroom apartments, three bedroom maisonettes and four bedroom town houses.
Muralplast Dust Sealer is a non-hazardous, environmentally-friendly sealer for bare concrete and provides the perfect surface for the application of a long-lasting final coating. It has been used here on the stairway cores and plant room floors.
Teams from our parent company, Lucas, have then been applying protective coatings to these back-of-house areas and undertaking complete high quality decorative packages throughout the new homes built so far. Work on site continues and the entire project is due for completion in 2017.
